This one-of-a-kind program offers teenagers in the Treasure Valley an opportunity to learn the art of acting through Hybrid Meisner, a dynamic technique rooted in The Meisner Technique and enriched by the teachings of Stella Adler, Uta Hagen, Stanislavski, and legendary filmmaker John Cassavetes. Over six weeks, participants will develop a strong foundation in acting that has never before been available in this area.

This workshop is uniquely focused on the craft of acting, providing students with tools and techniques that foster growth not only as artists but also as individuals. Whether or not they aspire to a career in acting, students will gain invaluable life skills, including the ability to connect deeply with others, listen actively, stay present, build confidence, and collaborate effectively.

Students will be given individualized assignments, hand-crafted by the instructor, to maximize the student's growth experience in the work. At Boise Acting Studio, we expect students to prepare each assignment thoroughly and show up with a commitment to their craft.
